Twenty years behind the camera taught Aidid one thing — the best stories arrive when people forget the red light is on.
Aidid Marcello spent two decades inside Malaysian broadcasting — joining TV3 in 1998 and rising to Executive Producer, shaping the shows the country watched at dinner. In 2011 he founded MQ Digital, producing for the region's biggest broadcasters. Then he did the thing producers rarely do: he sat down in front of the microphone.
AididitMyWay is what happens when a lifelong storyteller stops directing other people's stories. Religious leaders, culinary legends, and everyday people with extraordinary stories all sit in the same chair. No script, no filter — just honest conversation, exactly the way it happened.
